The shops, bars and restaurants and ski lifts are all only only moments away. The apartment has a south and west aspect with balcony and looks onto the pedestrian area and Pleney ski slope. The Pleney and Super-Morzine cable cars are both just a few minutes walk away for skiing and in the Summer walking and mountain biking. The ski bus to nearby Avoriaz stops outside the building..
The apartment sleeps up to six people and consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen with sofa which converts into a double bed, two bedrooms one with en-suite shower/wash hand basin, bathroom and separate toilet. The south and west facing balcony catches the sun for most of the day.
The apartment has its own garage within the secure underground car park and the lift within the building gives access to all floors. There is also a large secure ski locker.

This apartment is situated in the very centre of morzine town literally right next to the tourist office. Both of the main ski lifts, Super Morzine & the Pleney are under a 5 minute walk away.
The main shops bars and restaurants are almost on the door step this really couldn't be in a better location.
There is a mini supermarket just across the street so you can comfortably cater for yourself and your guests with out having to carry heavy bags up and down the steep hills.
To add to this Free navette bus stop is right outside the front for anyone wishing to go up the mountain via the Prodains telepherique directly into Avoriaz town. |

Deposit Details:
200 euros to secure the booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure + €200 returnable deposit is required to cover any damages or extra cleaning charges. This is due with the final balance and will be returned after your stay.
