The one bedroom 1st floor apartment, located in an apartment block just over the suspension bridge it is ideally situated near the centre of Morzine, yet is in a very quiet location. It is only 150m from the Super Morzine Cable car and 250m from the many shops, bars and restaurants. In summer it is also perfectly located, being only 100m from the outdoor swimming pool complex, sports centre, 10 tennis courts, indoor ice rink and equestrian centre.
The apartment which sleeps up to 4 is 41sq m in size and comprises:

The apartment is ideal for couples, families.
There are good sized balconies off both the bedroom and lounge offering fantastic views across Morzine, the ski slopes of Pleney and the mountains of the Portes Du Soleil.
For the winter season we are now take bookings on a Saturday - Saturday basis but can offer other days (i.e. Sun-Sun) provided this can fit in.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer
Booking deposit: 25% + £75 (non refundable). The remainder + damage deposit is due 1 month before arrival date. The damage deposit of £150 is refundable after your holiday and is to cover any damages or extra cleaning charges.
Rooms to be vacated by 10am and arrivals have access from 4pm onwards.
Location:
This apartment is situated on the oposite side of the suspension foot bridge to the the Super Morzine buble lift. It takes under 5 minutes to walk to Super Morzine and under 10 to get into Morzine town centre.

A quiet and sunny area with beautiful views of all of Morzine, Pleney & Nyon. A 2 minute walk away is the nearest boulangerie for fresh morning croissants, bread and patisseries. The nearest local supermarket is 500m down the road.
Payment Details: Preferred method of payment is bank transfer. Other accepted methods of payment are paypal (or in some cases cheque).
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. (This deposit is non-returnable.) Final confirmation is sent when your booking deposit clears. The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A returnable security deposit of £250 is required with the final balance. This deposit covers you against any breakage, accidental damage or extra cleaning charges and it will be returned to you via bank transfer after your departure, (less any deductions if necessary).
All bed linen and Towels are included in the price. / A standard after stay clean is also included in the price.
Normal change over day is Saturday to Saturday. (Other arrival or departure days are negotiable, please enquire)
