Warm spacious 3 bedroom modern holiday apartment ideal for Families, friends, small groups, or anyone looking for a great skiing or boarding holiday accommodation.
Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms sleep 6 people comfortably in a double bedroom, a double (mezzanine) bunk room which also has a double pull out sofa bed, plus there is a regular single size bunk room and there is another a double sofa bed in the lounge so this property could accommodate up to 8 or 10 adults if it had to. There is also additional space in one or two of the bedrooms so Z beds or cots could be provided for children or babies (please enquire at booking stage). Each bedroom has it's own access onto the huge 3 sided balcony.
Bathroom: There is one bathroom with a full size bath with stand up shower, there is also a separate WC.
Lounge / Kitchen / Dining Room etc: The open plan kitchen incorporates a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4 hob gas stove, microwave, and is well equipped with pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for up to 8 people. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a large comfortable lounge area with a brand new luxury leather sofa, a very comfy double sofa that is also a sofa bed and warm log burning fire place.
TV / Satellite / & Wi Fi: There is also an expensive entertainment centre that includes a large flat screen wall mounted LCD TV + DVD player, play-station 3 (with blu-ray disk capability), there is also an i-pod docking station. The entertainment system also incorporates a satellite free view that can receive UK channels: BBC1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel Four + much more. To add to this there is a connected hard drive that means that you can access thousands of stored music tracks and movies through the large screen TV. A fantastic way to sit back and relax after a hard days skiing or boarding up the mountain. +There is also Wi Fi internet access.
There are also a 3 sided large connected balcony providing you with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and stunning scenery.
Additional facilities: ski storage and ample parking.
Location: This apartment is situated in the private residential estate of Morzine 1000, which is on the main road, route De la Plagne 1 km from Morzine town centre. The free bus stop is just 20m from the front door and the buses run every day and arrive about every 15 minutes dropping you directly into the town centre or to the ski lift base stations.
The nearest lift access is the Super Morzine Bubble in Morzine town centre or the Pleney. On foot it takes about 20 minutes to walk from this property into the town centre or to the Super Morzine bubble lift.
For those that drive there is ample parking outside this property and plenty of car parks and spaces in the town centre. |

A quiet and sunny area with beautiful views of all of Morzine, Pleney & Nyon. A 2 minute walk away is the nearest boulangerie for fresh morning croissants, bread and patisseries. The nearest local supermarket is 500m down the road.
Payment Details: Preferred method of payment is bank transfer. Other accepted methods of payment are paypal (or in some cases cheque).
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. (This deposit is non-returnable.) Final confirmation is sent when your booking deposit clears. The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A returnable security deposit of £250 is required with the final balance. This deposit covers you against any breakage, accidental damage or extra cleaning charges and it will be returned to you via bank transfer after your departure, (less any deductions if necessary).
All bed linen and Towels are included in the price. / A standard after stay clean is also included in the price.
Normal change over day is Saturday to Saturday. (Other arrival or departure days are negotiable, please enquire)
