Ski-In, ski-out west facing self-catering apartment with uninterrupted views. The main ski lift is for La Grande Terche is 150 yard's away offering direct access to 20 slopes. A further 650kms linked skiing is on offer in the Portes du Soleil which is 5 min's drive away in Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz.
Set in a picturesque and much sought after building in La Grande Terche, our apartment offers immediate access to the piste in the winter and well attended gardens in the summer. The balcony looks west up the wooded valley offering a sun trap in the afternoons. The apartment is on the first floor giving excellent access.
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering holidays and comprises a kitchenette with microwave and hob, a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, all cutlery and crockery and a table and chairs. This leads directly to the balcony for breakfast with a view. With the large front window there is always a bright airy feeling to the apartment, particularly in the afternoons when the sun comes round to the balcony and in through the windows.
Leading from the lounge is a double bedroom with a wonderful view out to the mountains. The bedroom makes a difference in making the apartment feel larger and gives privacy when a group is staying. The apartment is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate 6 with a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and 2 single bunks in the coin nuit area. There is a bathroom equipped with bath and shower and a separate WC
There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of films to watch if you fancy a lazy day indoors, books, board games and a CD player.
The ski locker is located in the 'cave' for storage of boots and skis/boards.

It is about under a 10 minute walk to almost anywhere in La Grande Terche. So the local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are almost on your door step.
Even in Ski boots it is under a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift that takes you straight up directly into the heart of the La Grande Terche & St Jean Du Aulps ski area.
To add to this the rest of the Portes Du Soleil ski region is accessible by car or free bus service, it is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away and all of the 14 other linked sort are covered on a Portes Du Soleil Lift Pass.

To get to La Grande Terche the closest airport is Geneva and the drive or transfer takes about 1 and half hours by road, for more directions go to the travel info section of this website or make a request in the extra message section when filling in the enquiry form.
Normal change over day is Saturday to Saturday. (Other arrival or departure days are negotiable, please enquire)
