This Chalet is one of two brand new traditionally built luxury chalets on the same plost, furnished & equipped to an exceptional standard, with uninterrupted views across to Nyon.
This Chalet can sleep 10 people comfortably with a further 2 on extra beds in the family rooms when required. This chalet has an identical twin chalet next door on the same plot so for large groups both chalets can comefortably sleep 20 or up to a maximum of 24 if required.
Each chalet has 5 bedrooms each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In each chalet there are 2 family rooms which can sleep 2 adults and 1 child, if required, and the en-suites also have a bath. There are two other double rooms and 1 twin room.
The open plan kitchen incorporates a full sized range cooker and is extremely well equipped with cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware of the highest quality. The living area has a luxurious leather suite perfect for relaxing in front of the TV/DVD player or for just listening to music from the i-pod base station. There is a further seating area in front of the roaring log fire..
Downstairs there is a sauna and shower room along with a heated boot room and WC. Included in the price is all quality bed linen and towels.
Location:
On Route De La Plagne a 3 minute drive from town centre and literally oposite the free navette bus stop which runs a free service every 15 minutes during the day in the winter season.
Route De La Plagne is the main road that leads into morzine town centre, the same road that the Super Morzine bubble lift is situated off.
Should you decide to bring your own car or hire one from the airport the drive into town takes about 3 minutes and there is plenty of private parking outside on the plot.
To walk into town or back from the bars or restaurants in the evening the walk takes 20 minutes from the tourist office. |

Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the price, however guests are expected to leave the chalet as they find it.
Deposit Details:
25% deposit at time of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 350 Euro security deposit will also be required
