This Studio sleeps four adults or a family very comfortably. It is ideally located on the ground floor of a modern residential chalet in a quiet area of town. Approximately 300 metres from the Super Morzine bubble lift, and about 6 minutes walk from the Pleney lift, you have easy access to both sides of the Portes Du Soleil. You are also just a couple of minutes walk to the supermarket at the bottom of the street whilst all the bars, shops and restaurants are only a short walk away too.
Apartment layout.
* Sleeps FOUR. We have two adult size pine bunk beds plus a huge double sofa bed that converts into separate twin beds, or can be used as a full sized double depending on the composition of your group.
* Dining table for 4 people. Open plan kitchen. Cooker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering.
* Central carpeted living area with under floor heating. Massive sofa and room to chill out. Also have a stereo, TV/DVD with CDs and DVDs to borrow. And a library of paperbacks and wi-fi/internet access
* WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION
* Your own balcony opens out onto a big private garden and patio. The mountain views through our patio doors are stunning in both winter and summer.
* In the main foyer, outside our apartment door, you go down to the LARGE BASEMENT WET AREA where you can dekit comfortably. In here, the apartment has its own private lockup storeroom to leave boots, kit and skis securely overnight.
* There are three floor to ceiling mirrored storage wardrobes, plus plenty of storage throughout.
* The family bathroom includes a bath with shower and more storage
* Other facilities include a boot rack and dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.
* Plenty of parking immediately outside the front door.
Location:
This apartment is situated a 2 minute stroll from the town center. Just down the road to the left is the supermarket Eds to get your provisions for the week
The nearest lift access is the Super Morzine Bubble in Morzine town centre or the Pleney. In Ski boots, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from this property to the Super Morzine bubble lift.
For those that drive there is ample parking outside this property and plenty of car parks and spaces in the town centre. |

Cleaning:
Cleaning is charged at 30 Euros. This will be automatically added to your booking fee.
Deposit Details:
Pay half of your rental fee on booking via bank transfer or cheque. 6 weeks before your holiday starts you will pay the balance plus supplements
Linen Details:
15 Euros pp per week towels and bedding. 30 Euros one off cleaning charge
