By using morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd or any of the services that we provide you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd.
2. Mountain Xtra Ltd may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd then the latter shall prevail.

3. You agree to use morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd.
Intellectual Property
4. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in the Mountain Xtra Ltd or its licensors (which includes other users). All picture or images belong to mountain property management or as far as we aware the licence to use or reproduce them have been purchased by mountain property management's third party website design company. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, de compile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of morzinextra.com & Mountain Xtra Ltd content requires the prior written permission from the Mountain Xtra Ltd directors, legal staff or web design staff or agents.
Mountain-property-management is not responsible for the content of any partner, supplier or other websites linked to or from their website.
By instructing us to provide services for you in writing, via e-mail, over the phone or in person, you the customer automatically agree all of the following terms and conditions in their entirety irrespective of the existence or not of a signed contract. If you disagree to any of our terms or conditions it is your responsibility to contact us prior to your first using our services to discuss and if appropriate sign an amended contract agreement.
Resort Services:
5. If Mountain-Property-Management (Mountain Xtra Ltd) provide or book any products or services for you or on your behalf you agree to pay Mountain Xtra Ltd at the agreed time and by the agreed method. You may not always receive an invoice but should you ever receive an invoice from Mountain Xtra Ltd then you agree that you will pay each invoice in full no later than 28 days from invoice date. If the invoice is not paid in full you understand and agree that interest shall be applied at 8% p/c/m on all outstanding amounts. You agree to pay any overdue or outstanding amounts inclusive of interest.
5a. You agree that Mountain Xtra Ltd may on occasion or at very busy periods decide to outsource certain property management services if required, to a third party.
5b. Should I ever receive an invoice from a third party who has provided services on behalf of Mountain Xtra Ltd you agree to the same payment terms as above.
6. You agree that in the unlikely event that you or your guests remove, loose or damage Mountain Xtra Ltd property (i.e. laundry, cots, high chairs, cleaning products etc) that you will be liable for the full replacement costs of new items. You agree that in cases like this you are subject to the same payment terms detailed above.
7. Also should you damage the property that you are staying in or any items in it you agree that the property owner or Mountain Xtra Ltd or property booking or management agent may deduct the cost of replacing the damaged or lost item out of your security / damage deposit. Or if the damage is discovered later or after the return of your deposit you agree to pay for the items lost or damaged and agree to the same payment terms detailed in point 20 of these T&C’s.
8. You agree that these terms and conditions supersedes any previous agreement or contract that you may have with any third party with regards the supply of in resort services & that Mountain Xtra Ltd can terminate this agreement at any time.
9. In the highly unlikely event that you or any members of your group are verbally or physically abusive towards any person working for, or representing Mountain Xtra Ltd you understand that Mountain Xtra Ltd reserve the right to refuse to provide services to you and you may be asked to immediately vacate the property that you are staying, in this case you will not be refunded any amounts already paid and your security deposit will not be returned. If you do not vacate the property when required you may be physically evicted and legal action may be taken against you.
26. You agree that should any of your required personal or contact details change for any reason including your mobile phone number at any point before or during your holiday you will inform Mountain Xtra Ltd in writing at the first available opportunity.
10. This agreement and terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each Party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this agreement or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
