Looking for somebody to fill a bed in an apartment in Morzine from 1st December to end of April 2009. Centrally located close to all the bars and shops. The apartment consists of spacious bedroom with twin beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a cellar and ski locker. There is a parking space outside the apartment.
The lounge area has a real log fire. There is seating for 5 people around the dining table and there is a widescreen TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System. All rooms have doors and are separated by a hallway. Total Price for the season will be €1750 plus a small electricity bill at the end of the season. Chalet Tacot: The chalet is located in an amazing sunny position in Morzine ( Q6 on the Morzine town plan ) the chalet looks down onto Dixie’s, Rhodo’s and Bar Robinson. The large champion supermarket is only a few minutes walk on from the bars. The popular Garage bar is only a few hundred meters away from chalet Tacot. There is a free bus that passes the chalet, to take you directly to Prodain for access to Avoriaz, Chalet and into Switzerland. If you get on the bus in the other direction you will shortly get to town centre and the Morzine - Les Gets ski lifts. The chalet has been used for many years for seasonaires and it set up ideally for winter rentals. There is a large open log fire and free standing log heater in the lounge (logs provided) The large kitchen and separate lounge is equipped for large groups with plenty of seating areas and tables. There are six bedrooms – sleeping around thirteen people in total. There are four bath / shower rooms. There is a large storage area for skis and snowboards, a great sunny garden for end of season BBQ’s and plenty of parking for your cars. The price is 2500 euros for the winter season – 15th December 2008 – 30th April 2009 based on two sharing a room (there is a reduction for 3 sharing a room). This price includes all bills. La Marmotte is a massive (500m sq) 9-bed chalet over 3 floors in the centre of Morzine in the French Alps dedicated to season workers. There is a massive lounge/chill-out area on the ground floor, WIFI, Satellite TV and X-box. There is a small bar, non-licensed for residents only. We sleep 18. There are 5 bath/shower rooms, a separate kitchen for everyone to use, washing machine and big drying area and large boot/board/ski storage room. We are the best located (and one of the largest) seasonnaire chalets in Morzine, just next to Champion Supermarket and 2 minutes from the Super Morzine bubble lift that takes you straight up to Avoriaz. The price is 2,500 euro for the whole season (based on 2 sharing a room) plus a 200 euro security/key deposit (refundable at the end of the season minus our end-of-season cleaning bill and any damages). This price includes all bills (including WIFI). A non-refundable 500 euro/£400 deposit secures your season with us. The full balance is payable on or before Oct 1st 2008. There is a simple tennancy contract to sign that protects both you and La Marmotte. This year\'s season is December 13th 2008 - April 26th 2009. It\'s a two bedroomed house for four people. Twin beds in each room and nobody on the couch!!!! Light and spacious which is rare in Morzine season accomm!!!
Very close to the Super Morzine lift and all the shops / bars etc.
The bottom floor has a board room and washing machine etc.
Second floor is an open plan kitchen / living room with log burner and a large balcony. Also a separate WC.
Third floor has the two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.
Total cost is €2500 and a €375 security deposit. Small electric bill to pay at the end of the season which shouldn\'t be much at all especially with the log fire!
